START WITH SPSS

On this page we try to guide you in the process of getting to know SPSS. As an example we have used a market research project.

The first thing you have to do is make your codebook, and after this define your variables in SPSS.
After you have completed this, you can start typing in data, or import them.
When all your data is in your SPSS file (don’t forget to save :) ), check your data, and than you can start analyzing by:

- Creating frequency tables
- Creating crosstables
- Creating graphs

After this, you could go further by finding correlations.
